FFT is a Swiss, independent, international food and drink consultancy based in Geneva. It was launched in 1989 by Founding Partners Alan D. Deane and Michael R. Salmon. Following Michael's departure, Cristian Stoian joined Alan Deane as Partner.
FFT's pioneering International Food & Drink strategic database was launched in 1990, covering the then 12 European Community members and 70 food & drink product markets. This project met with wide success from its inception and has since expanded to cover over 150 food and drink product and product category markets in each of the most important country markets in the world.
